Noted Oakland attorney and Globe newspaper columnist (The Killian Analysis), Clinton Killian married Katrina Anne McMahan of Portland, Ore. at the First Presbyterian Church in Oakland last Saturday.

   A reception followed at the Oakland Museum. The Equanimous Jones Quartet performed for the wedding party and guests. The couple will honeymoon in Barcelona, Spain; Rome and Florence, Italy. Upon their return, they will reside in Oakland.

    The bride was born in San Francisco and until her marriage, had been a long-time resident of Portland. She is dental hygienist for Kaiser Permanente Clackamas Dental Office. She is a graduate of Douglas High School and Clackamas Community College.
   The groom was born and raised in Hickory, NC, attended Hickory High, Stanford University and UC Berkeley School of Law. He is an attorney in downtown Oakland specializing in real estate, probate and business matters and a former Oakland Planning Commissioner.
    He resides in Oakland. Rev. Benjamin Sudderth, Jr., pastor of Glad Tidings Community Church, conducted the ceremony with Dr. Ray Williams, pastor of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Albert Rawlins, Sr., pastor of Apostolic Bible Way Church and Bishop Bob Jackson, pastor of Acts Full Gospel Church of God in Christ, delivered sermonettes: Institution and Joy of Marriage and Men’s Responsibility in a Relationship
