Last Sunday The 2nd Annual Music at Arroyo Park Concert Series hosted by Councilperson Desley Woods and Dwayne Wiggins delighted a community of fans who camped out with blankets, folding chairs, and food for an afternoon of entertainment in the park.
    Youth and nostalgic oldsters sang, swayed, danced, and clapped to an array of entertainers from the Switch Review punctuated by the DeBarge brothers, Chico and James, whose musical heyday was at least two decades ago.
    It had the feel of an old fashion outing with families and friends greeting each other and loving the fun and the sun. September 10, the last concert,
