The
Richmond Half-Steppers traveled to Eugene, Oregon
to compete in the Track City Classic. The team brought
back 33 medals. Eddie Robinson was a three time winner.
He won the 100 and 200 meters in the Bantam Division,
and anchored the winning 400 meter relay. |

Jazz
Stallworth was also a three- time winner; he won the
100 and 200 meters in the Sub-Bantam Division, and
ran second leg in the winning 400 meter relay.
The foursome of Austin Bryant, Jazz Stallworth, Bryant
Payne and Javoni Foster won the Sub-Bantam 400 meter
relay.
The foursome of Lance Avery, Hydrant Stallworth, Tyrone
Morgan and Eddie Robinson won the Bantam 400 meter
relay.
Tyrone Morgan and Lance Avery were second and third
in the Bantam 100m.
Javoni Foster and Austin Bryant were second and third
in the Sub-Bantam 100m.
Kobee Sullivan placed forth and fifth in Sub-Bantam
100 and 200m.
In the Boy’s midget division, Dearra Ragland
placed second in the 800 meters and Keyon Walker-Avery
placed third in the 200m.
Kianti “Mario” Gix was first in the Youth
Boys 200m and Mark Henderson was sixth.
Kianti Gix placed second in the 100m.
Jovan Wright placed fifth in the Young Men’s
400m.
Charanda Williams won the 100m and second in the 200m
in the Young Woman’s division.
In the Girls Bantam division, the foursome of Angela
and Ashley McConico, Da’mesha Johnson and Jasiri
Blake placed second in 400m relay.
Jasiri Blake and Da’mesha Johnson were second
and third in the 100m.
Jasiri Blake was also second in the 200m.
Angela McConico placed third in the 200m.
Ashley McConico placed fifth in 100m.
